James Wu, a long time friend of Shanghai Jews and an experienced filmmaker who will be travelling with us on the ship. Mr. Wu aims to make a documentary film of our reunion and interview people on board ship who consent. His goal is to preserve the story of Shanghailanders for future generations.

Recently his documentary on Tibet aired on 50 PBS stations and he will try to have our interviews/video aired on PBS as well. Mr. Wu is independently well situated and does not do this for a profit motive.

James Wu is a Doctor of Optometry, and is licensed in California.
